How Many Emails To Keep

Back when I had a Droid X, I had the option of specifying how many days worth of emails to keep in the stock email client. I can't find a similar setting in the Razr Maxx stock email client. I hoped it would be included in the Jelly Bean update but it doesn't to seem to be. Does anyone know a way to control how many emails are kept on the phone?
