please help :):):):):)

Take it up to the full charge for the first few times and from there you should be fine. I have never worried about it or had problems with today's batteries, they are very efficient.

you really don't even need to fully charge it the first time. LithiumIon batteries aren't like the old NiCADs. There is no memory, batteries are rated for a certain number of charge cycles before performance starts to degrade. With most usage that's more than you'll have the phone for.

Hi, I am from India too. Just got my nexus 4 around 3 days back and had a tough time with it. It turns out that it was a defected piece since it would take ages to charge. I am going to get it replaced hopefully. Could somebody please share how much time does it take generally to completely charge your device right from 0% ? Please mention both via the wall mounted charger and via the USB

Another thing with the new Lithium Ion batteries is that they are good for about 500 charge cycles. Now if your battery is drained to 50% and you charge it, that counts for 1/2 of a charge cycle, so 2 days in a row like that would equal 1 charge. So if you are not draining the battery totally each time, you can get well over 2 years use out of it, and BTW, the battery can be easily replaced by removing the back. Many videos on Youtube showing how to do this.
