Well...I dropped my phone, my Seidio case popped off and it hit the ground. The plastic scratched up pretty easily considering how it hit. Anyone else noticed how easily the body of the phone chips?

I'm at my first monthiversary and have not yet dropped it (knock on wood). I have the Incipio Feather case and that sucker holds on tight. I don't want to jinx myself, but I have a hard time prying it off with with my fingers, so I feel good about its chances of hanging on in a fall. I also have the screen protector, so I think it'll be able to go the distance relatively unscathed until my next upgrade.

Dude I work with dropped his. Scuffed it not too bad. I don't like the seidio surface. I don't like cases like that. It should slide on.

I dropped mine once. Seidio active. Slipped off the desk. My case stayed on. ;)

Haven't dropped mine yet, but I've very paranoid about doing so. That's while I built mine like a tank with an Ultra Optics screen protector and a Trident case.

Dropped mine about 2 or 3 weeks ago without a case. It got scratched up but I look at it like war wounds :) doesn't bother me 1 bit

I have the black gel case from Sprint and not only have I dropped, I have thrown it once too (dont ask) and the back of the case got a few scuffs from the toss but the phone is perfectly fine.

Anger management anyone...? :D

I can testify to that, excellent case, slim, hard, tight fitting and good looking too.

Its funny you say that...I honestly didn't want to drop it and scratch it...but after I did there was almost a sense of relief over the idea (ahhhhh.....) that the phone is no longer brand new and it is ok that it gets some marks here and there. I have a screen cover, so I am not worried about that...but I have a tendency to drop phones about 4 times a year.

Funny, read this topic earlier today and thought "sweet have not dropped mine yet". Fast forward a few hours and I drop it getting into the car. Scuffed up a couple of corners as it cartwheeled, but not to bad. Still will never put a case one it.

Hope you plan on keeping then because no one wants to buy a scuffed up or scratched phone. I always sell my old phones, so I keep them looking new.

While I do plan on keeping the phone I have never had a problem selling "scuffed up" phones in the past.

I've dropped mine a few times but that 6 dollar amazon case took it like a champ.

Mine cart wheeled out of my hand from the passenger seat to the floor board. It has a zagg screen and sprint clear hard gel first case then the outer two layers of the seideo (spelling?) Maximum protection case. It looks like a little black inflatable boat. Yes that may seem overkill but I already have a slight scuff on the zagg that helped keep the screen from taking damage. I am ocd when it comes to expensive phones and I treat them like they're my baby. The first person I let hold and use my epic dropped it on the concrete. I will never let anyone touch my phones again.

Didn't even have mine for 24 hours when I picked it up and noticed 2 scratches on the top left corner of the back cover. But, when you have 2 and 4 year old boys you get to used to scratched and scraped up stuff pretty quick. My TPU case can't get here quick enough.

Ohhh...I didn't know the feather case worked since Incipio has been pretty adamant about saying they don't have anything that fits NS4G.
I bought the overpriced gel case from Sprint. Had a close call or two, but haven't dropped mine (yet) lol.
