it has a limit do reset factory or reinstall software or doesnt matter how many times i did reset ussally ?? in one month i did 5 resets

Nope, no limit (ish). Solid-state memory, just like any other rewriteable component, has a 'limited' number of re-writes, but this number is usually waaaaay higher than what a more-than-heavy user would ever go through on a device's lifetime (and we usually get rid of phones within a couple years anyway, so you shouldn't have to worry about that).

The question is why you've had to reset the phone 5 times in one month. I haven't reset a phone more than that in 5 years (and a few times it was due to flashing a ROM that needed a full clear). There's no actual reason to reset a phone unless you're giving (or selling) it to someone else. If you use it properly, you won't have anything in it that you don't want to be in it.
