There are three settings for quality:
Maximum = 320kbps or ~ 140MB/hr
High = 160kbps or ~ 70MB/hr
Normal = 128kbps or ~ 56MB/hr

You can also see in your mobile data the amount per app. Let it stream solid for an hour without interruption then look at your phone settings to see what it used.
