How much RAM do I need?

Coming from a Windows Mobile phone I sometimes feel like I am obsessed with how much RAM I have available. Since I got my Droid I have never had any sort of message about low RAM. I have also never had a problem doing anything. So my question is how much RAM is normal to have available. I seem to usually have an average of 50-100. How about everyone else? Should I just not care and enjoy my newfound android freedom?

Don't stress it, you'll be fine with what the droid has. If it gets a tick on the low side, kill your apps, and it bounces right back. Much better management than on winmo phones.

Coming from the storm1 I'm also obsessed with keeping track of the available ram. So far I haven't run into any problems at all but I still keep task manager up just in case. I also have between 45-100mb available.

The Droid seems to do a very good job of memory management. I've never once had any lag issues, and I tend to hold around 65MB's available.
