how much would it cost to replace a lcd and screen on a samsung galaxy s5?

The phone has a slight bend in it which cause the screen to crack and the lcd to break. everything else in the phone, such as when i plug the phone in i can still feel the vibration it makes and the noise. i am just wondering how much this repair will cost.
