How Often do you Back up?

Like the title States... How Often do you back up?

I'm Using Nand and find myself making a daily back up and Deleting old Back ups...

I do nand backups anytime I'm about to do something to the phone that could be considered stupid or end badly (flashing new rom's/images/etc). So usually every other day or so. I have Titanium backup do differential backups on tuesday and friday's, and a full system backup on Sundays.

Probably won't delete any nand backups until I start running out of room on my sd card..
