How restore my lost data?

Hi,2 days ago my "Google play services" didn't work and I can't sign in to my installed games. So I did "reset app preferences" and then my mobile phone (Nokia 3) restarted. But I lost all of my data and files except Google Chrome settings and my contacts. I have no backup in my phone. My android is 8.0.0.

The only place the data existed was on your phone. You deleted it. It's gone. Sorry.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you actually do a factory reset? Simply resetting app preferences wouldn't delete user data and files.

Thanks. Yes, I really shocked, because I did not factory reset. All of my data was lost. I'm working 4-5 hours in day to restore my data since I lost data, but I don't know what happend to my phone. I want to know cause of this event!!

Considering that the phone was having problems with Google Play Services beforehand, it's possible the firmware was getting corrupted. Have you already checked to see if any of your Google data was synced to the cloud? Go to photos.google.com and contacts.google.com, to begin with.
