How ro remove ads from paid game (no developer answer)

I purchased the Jet Ball game version without ads back in 2015 and it had been working fine most of the time since then.

But due to a power button issue with my previous smartphone, which I can't turn on anymore and where I have this game installed, I bought a new phone and installed Jet Ball on it. The problem is that it's now showing ads, and when I click on the No ads option, I get a message saying that I already own the game, and there's no way for me to get rid of all that (ads and error message).

Besides, I have played this game, which is one of my favorites, for all these years (2015~2022), and I got so good at it that I accumulated more than 1,000 lives. But due to these problems, I have lost all my earned lives and points. I think, but I'm not sure, it has to do with the fact that I had the game installed on another phone.

I wrote the developer about all that, but Gmail sent me a message saying there was a remote server configuration error: 550 relay not permitted.

So I ask you to please help me solve these problems—at least the one with the ads. Is there a way I can do that without the developer help? Maybe the guy died (I hope this isn't the case) or something else. Fact is I can't reach them to solve that. And, as a matter of justice, I should play the game without ads, since I paid for it.

Try clearing the app data and cache for the play store and then reboot your phone. Then try again

The game is the first one above. I started this thread using the Ask a question link and I think I was already logged in, so I thought it would be saved with my user name and stuff.

Besides, I tried to upload an image to show you the message I referred to but couldn't insert it, both from my PC or from an image hosting site URL.

Is there a way to move it to my profile?

Since it recognizes you have already paid for the game it could be as simple as uninstalling it and installing it again.

The reason I say this is because you probably installed the game via backup or transfer from the old device to the new device which may have reset something or caused a glitch. By uninstalling it and going to the Play Store and installing it from a source that recognizes that it was already purchased on your account it may give you the ad free version.

The best i can do is put in your signature, it doesn't show up under device name when choosing as it's not listed.

If I play the game in airplane mode the ads don't load, so I'm now using this workaround.
