how ro switch on to 2 languages on samsung galaxy grand neo plus and Android 4.4.4 any help???

I tried swiping from left to write to change the languages but nothing happens help me out plz...

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Language & Input, and select your keyboard. Look for the language options there. Do you have the two languages selected?
