How soon can I file a second asurion claim?

I have insurance for my verizon phone through asurion. I have horrible luck. I dropped my phone at the beginning of June and it hit a brick and cracked the screen. Asurion sent me a new phone. Yesterday (a little over a month from my last claim), I had it laying on the counter. I was reaching in the cupboard and a mug fell out and landing right on my screen. The screen is shattered again. I tried to file a claim and they told me I cannot do so and that I have to call the number. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a time limit of how soon you can file another claim, or how much time you need in between claims? I was told that I can make two claims a year. This would be my second claim.
