How to add a shortcut to the VPN Connection?

I have a Galaxy S10e and I setup my VPN connection from settings but getting to it requires many taps, is there a way to put it in like the dropdown menu from the top or at least create a shortcut for it?

I use an app called Notification Toggle (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.j4velin.notificationToggle&hl=en) that basically adds a line to your dropdown notification shade with either toggles for things like wifi/bluetooth or shortcuts to apps. Lots of customization as well with colors, icons, etc.

Right now I have it set with a weather app and my VPN
