How to add two dictionaries to one Keyboard on Samsung Galaxy?

I just got the note 9 and I can't seem to add my French to the auto suggest bar on top of the english. It separates them as two different keyboard. Basically on my previous phone Sony XperiaZ2 I had one keyboard to which the keyboard suggestion would show me both English and French while I type, because I type in both of those at the same time
