How to adjust weather update interval?

I notice my phone and watch have been drawing more than I think its suppose to and u think it's due to the weather app. How do I change this I'm new to smartwatches in general.

On the wear app on your phone go-to "apps" then click the gear next to "Weather". The shortest update interval is 1hour. I'd be very surprised if this is your issue.
