How to adjust when phone shuts off?

I cannot remember where the setting is to adjust when the phone auto turns off.
I have the sleep timer set and the lock screen timer set but I thought there was also a setting to time when the phone would shut down after no use. Where is that?
I have a Moto G5 Plus running Android 7.0

Do you mean a complete power off after a certain time of inactivity? If so, I don't think this option is available on the stock settings. You could try some third party app, but probably you'll need root.

Yes, a complete power off after a certain time of inactivity. I thought that was an option in other android phones I had. Perhaps those phones did not have stock android.

I think some OEMs (mostly Chinese) included such a feature, but I don't remember seeing it on any of my phones.

I had seen this feature in Lenovo phones, most probably K3 Note and/or K5 Note. it also had a feature that even if the phone was switched off, it turned on at a time when the alarm had been set.This feature is absent in Motorola phones.
