So I've downloaded an image. How to I attach that photo to a text message in Android? The only attachment option I see is with camera pics but I don't have access to the download folder via the text app.

Show us a screenshot of the options you see when you tap the Attachment icon.

In the message app, hit the "+" icon. It is in a circle. A pop-up will show emojis, camera, etc. Scroll to the end of your camera pics. Hit the three dots. It will open a page, and you can choose gallery. On my phone, recent is displayed, but hit the three lines, and you will get "open from" with a list of photo apps you have, cloud, etc. Choose from there. My personal favorite is QuickPic, because it allows you to sort by name, date, or path. Hit the pic you want, and it will show in your text box. Hope this helps.
