how to backup a certain app

I have. Lg g4 and I want to factory reset and then put my apps back on the phone. I have a game hill club racing. And I have a lot of data on it. How do I back this data up? I really don't want to lose it all and restart this game.

Use Helium to do your back up.

I don't think Bridge backs up saved app data. If you're not rooted, Helium is your best bet. It'll back up the saved data to keep your game progress. If the game has cloud backup, then you don't have to worry.
