Question How to backup HomeScreen Shortcuts (and icon positions) without cloud (if possible)?

How can I backup all the current App shortcuts on my HomeScreens (and their icon positions)?
...and restore it later?

On Android 13 or 14

If possible into a local file rather than into cloud.
If absolutely necessary then into my account in Google cloud

That's a tough one , which device? I've seen my Samsung bring them back sometimes when doing back up to home screen other than that I haven't seen a really good way unless you book mark them then just add again.

Just regular screenshots I think is the reliable way.

A recent Safe Mode test didn't put them back for me.

I haven't used Nova or other Launchers for many years so possibly they will do it by default?

Microsoft Launcher can do it as shown HERE. On my Microsoft Launcher app you can choose between cloud or local storage.

Boy did I Read OP question wrong thought was referring to Web shortcuts, home screen launcher set-up on stock launcher definitely need to know the device , 3rd party launcher will only back up their setup what is mentioned so we need more information..

If it's Samsung you have multiple ways , if it's another Android their cloud should restore but not always.

Yes, I need if for several Samsung Galaxy Tablets with Android 8 .... Android 14

No shortcuts to web pages but shortcuts to Apps (and widgets).

On some devices no 3rd party launchers are installed on others Nova launcher

Stock launcher you can back up completely to a PC or portable USB device.
PC you need Samsung Smart switch
