how to block device maintence notifications s7

[Android Central Question]

so ive had to do a factory reset after my phone got caught in a bootloop and now i have the constant notification to restart my phone from the device security due to unauthorised actions. However if i click restart the phone gets caught in another boot loop. it works all ok as there is so is there anyway to remove this or block the notifications.
