How to bypass tethering restriction with wifi access?

Im currently using PDA net to bypass tether restrictions but this only works via USB, and the speeds are much slower than what I should get on full 4G.

im using a moto E4 and want to know if there are any methods to block tethering detection when using phone as a wireless hotspot.
