How to call using vowifi on the same phone.

Hi. I have an adnroid phone with two sims. I want to use one sim to call using VoWifi and the other sim to share hotspot to the first Sim. I know that would work if they are two phones, but can I do it on the same phone?

What model phone? Is it a phone with dual sims and imei or is it a phone with one physical sim and one esim?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't see how that would work. If a phone is broadcasting a hotspot using its wi-fi radio, it can't also receive wi-fi since the radio is occupied with the broadcast.
