How to change a chinese phone to english so it can use google play services

My gionee s10cl is a Chinese phone so I can't access Google play services even when I use the Google installer once my phone goes off and comes on it will display Google framework error what do I do

Step 1: Sell, trade, give away, or otherwise get rid of your phone. Not only is it locked out of Google, but those no name brands have been known to include various types of adware/malware, and isn't something I'd touch with a ten foot pole.

Step 2: Buy a non-Chinese phone from one of the reputable manufacturers that allows access to Google right out of the box.
