How to Change Gear Phone Number on Samsung Gear S3

I have a new Samsung Gear S3 watch. However, an old phone number is listed in the phone. When i text or call someone-it uses this number instead of my number. I am using an Apple IPhone 5S. How do I change this number. I am also not an AT&T customer.
