How to change peronalized voicemail greeting?

I have an S4, through US Cellular. I want to change the message that people hear when they call and I don't answer. How o earth do I do this?

I don't have an S4 but it's device-independent. However, it's carrier-dependent. You would call your voicemail then follow the prompts to personalization then greeting setup.

My work and Verizon voicemails are the same (they appear to be the same commercially-available system using the same voice), personalization is option 4. Your system may vary.

This is set up with your carrier! Call your voicemail number and follow the directions in the menu to edit your message!

It doesn't give me directions. Just the list of voicemails. Like I said, I have had this greeting for years! Just now trying to change it

I would go to the web site for your carrier or call their help line. The web site should have instructions for setting up and editing the voicemail message!

When you dial your VM, the first prompt is likely to press 1 to hear messages. If you wait a beat it should continue with more options.

It goes automatically to messages.
