How to change red mi china os to normal andriod os

I bought a red mi note 2 in china so its a china os. It has google blocked and many unwanted apps, how can i change it back to normal?

A China OS is exactly what IS normal in China.
Someone here may be able to help, but we don’t discuss Redmi phones much at Android Central, so it may be best if you seek guidance in a Redmi users’ forum, where they’ll know about any available firmware and ROMs.

First make certain that the hardware is the same for China and US (or UK or whatever you need) phones. If they're not, you can't.

Then google flash stock redmi note 2. I get almost 10 million hits.
