How to change the default outgoing email account?

I need to change which email account the phone uses as the default outgoing account. Anyone know how to do this? When I am in the HTC sense email app, and go to settings, I see the option to "Set as default account" and it is checked (and grayed out), but for some reason when I click on a contact and send them an email, it uses a different email account.
