How to change the incoming call from stark blinding white to darker more neutral color

Is there a way to change the incoming call from stark blinding white to darker more neutral color on the Galaxy 8. I receive phone calls late at night or early morning and even with hands free it lights up the inside of entire vehicle. I know that I can turn down the brightness but then it is hard to see in the dark.

My vehicle has a dash display that is black background with lighter font that is easy to read in the daylight or dark.

I think you can't as modifying the app isn't possible.
