How to change wireless setting

I am new to the forum and was hoping you guys could help me out. I was womdering if there is a way to change the wireless settings so that you are not auomatically taken to the mobile version of a website. I.e. you go to CNN.com not m.CNN.com. thanks in advance for your help.

its only a temporary fix though, not permanent... yet

I use Dolphin Browser and it looks great on the Xoom, plus when you first set it up it asks you what user agent you would like to use. Just set it to Desktop and you never have to mess with it again.
