How to check how much space/storage on gear 2

Where do I go to check how much space/memory it has?

Only think I know is to attach the charging base and plug it into a usb port on your computer. On Win 7, Windows Explorer let me see the folders, and what's free of the total capacity (total about 2.8 gig available).

There has to be a way to check it on your phone I think
