How to choose pics after using Burst Mode?

I've got an S7 on Sprint and I've only had it for a few days. Last night at our kids swim meet I took some burst shots which worked great -- in focus consistently. When I touched the photo from the camera app it showed the 8-10 shots taken with a little crown icon over one of the shots in the series. I expected there to be a way to select the shots to keep and then delete the rest but after 15 minutes of checking all the menus I never found it. Deleting 100 pictures one at time is a major pain in the butt. Anyone have any pointers on using this feature?

I don't know of a way to do it on the phone so I connect it to my computer via USB and delete them that way.
