How to clean out the fur under the bezel ring?

Hello! I have a samsung gear S3 watch for more than a year, and there is fur under the bezel. I wear it everyday, so maybe it gets there, when I am washing my hands. I couldn't clean it with a toothbrush. Is there any method that I could use for cleaning?
