Welcome to Android Central! Do you need ES File Explorer? Since they were acquired by the maker of DU Battery Saver a while ago, the app has become buggy and shady, with uncertain data handling practices. I'd just uninstall ES File Explorer and consider a better and more trustworthy file explorer, like Files by Google, Total Commander, or Solid Explorer.
