How to Combine sd card and internal storage

Good day to you all

Like the question above I already format my sd card as internal. But once my storage behaves like I only have 1 combined size storage for my internal and external storage.

The one that I remember that AZ recorder apps choose the output as storage/emulated/1/ and on ES file explorer apps the internal storage shows the combine my internal and external as 40Gb ish, My internal is 16Gb and my SD card is 32Gb.
Also right now my standard video recording is only 30minutes max, before this, I can have 2 hours of it.

The story is I have to reformat my sd card because it corrupted and suddenly all these capabilities have gone.
About AZ recorder, now I only have storage at storage/emulated/0/ and I know it fills up my internal quickly. I still have the recording of my game before this for a total of 8Gb from 5 sessions straight. So this is not stored on in the internal obviously.

How can I get this function back?

My phone is evercoss s55, android 6, 2GB ram and 16 GB internal, no roots.

Welcome to Android Central! When you reformatted the card, did you format it as Internal Storage again?

The reason why your video recording limit is 30 minutes may have to do with the max filesize limitation of 4 GB on FAT32 (which is what the card is likely formatted in).

Also be aware that some manufacturers don't implement Adoptable Storage very well, so it might be buggy (especially for a lesser known brand like Evercoss).

Yes. I format as Internal Storage when the SD card first plugged in.
And finally, I can get the default write disk to sd card again. Because even formated as an Internal in the first place, the default write disk still on the internal. That's why I only got a small amount of space.
I just format my sd card as portable, select 3 dots on the sd card and choose format as internal. That's it.
