How to communicate Samsung S21 Ultra with third party Hardware(UWB SR150 Anchor development kit)

I have S21 Ultra mobile. I wanted to communicate with third party hardware,

My question is, Is there any dependency software or application that I need to install mobile.., If yes, please provide the application information and please share any user guides if available.
