How do I leave 4G on and disable ALL phone calls? When I go overseas, they charge for received calls but not 4g data, so I want to disable receiving phone calls.

I would think that you would turn off international voice risking and turn on international data roaming.

If you have BK Disabler app (if not it's only $2 and worth way more, IMO), just disable the phone app.

can your network bar/block incoming calls? usually there's a network setting (in the carrier's system) to do so.

in that case, you would have incoming calls blocked and then just avoid making outbound calls.

don't answer the phone...I travel extensively outside US for business. My business phone I use and we pay the roaming, which , at $10/day isn't too bad. My personal phone I keep off , in WiFi only mode. On longer trips I'll get a local sim for $25 US and run that which includes calls back to US.

one other way is forward all your calls to voicemail this would allow your phone to be switched on and have 4g for internet

Don't answer the phone and I won't get charged? Are you sure? I heard if they leave a voicemail, you don't listen to it, but you still get charged.

usually voicemails do trigger charges. your best bet is to reach out to your carrier to have them temporarily blocked inbound calls as mentioned earlier 🙃
