how to create a folder

Can anyone show me how to create a folder to hold my apps on the home screen?

Uh , menu, then create folder

Yeah! While on the home screen (or what ever screen you want to make your folder), click your menu button (left of the home button) it'll bring up a prompt. Just click 'Create New Folder'. Then drag your apps in! Takes a bit longer than most devices running ICS but it's just how TouchWiz does things.
