Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by your "roaming number"? A phone number associated with a SIM is a fixed number. Roaming happens when the phone is outside the carrier's usual network, so instead of connecting to your carrier's network, you instead connect to some other carrier's network in that region that has a roaming agreement with your carrier. Depending on your plan, you may have to pay a roaming fee when this happens.
