How to delete apps?

noob question here, tried searching this forum, cant seem to figure out how to delete crap apps i downloaded from market

Go to the market then to your downloads tab. Then go to the app you don't want click on it and at the bottom there is a uninstall click it and it will be deleted from your phone

Or from home screen push menu, settings, applications, manage applications, wait for apps to load then just click on one and click uninstall

Another option is to download an app like "uninstall". It's much faster than the settings -> mange apps etc. route, but I can't comment if it always fully erases the app or is as good a method. It seems to work for me though.
