How to delete contacts

I have an HTC M8 & contacts from my google calendar were imported into my outlook account when I tried to sync my contacts from my phone to my pc. The new contacts are names from Pro teams I follow but I don't want every team member from 6 teams showing up on my phone. How can I get my missing contact list back & get rid of unwanted contacts ?
