How to delete Gmail suggested address in the "to" drop down menu.

On my Samsung S21, Gmail app, when I compose an email, in the dropdown suggested addresses there are many that I don't recognize. One such email is "v-bhdffmh_khkagjinef_hbefadgd_hbefadgd_a@bounce.dominion.mkt3798.com" there are many like this. I've tried doing it on my Windows PC contact app but these emails don't show up on any label, nor do they appear on the google contact app in android. Any ideas?

You could try clearing the app cache/data for the Gmail app in Settings>Apps. When you open it, just wait a few seconds as it logs back into your account and resyncs.
