How to delete photos

I have S8 trying to delete photos and greetings in my Gallery folder.

I have S8 trying to delete photos and greetings in my Gallery folder.

Don't take this the wrong way, but go to the store you bought it from and have them demonstrate the phone. Even if i tell you how to do it, if other settings are not correct, they will still be in the cloud and could come back to your phone.
