How to desktop<>Android in real time and adb simultaneously?

I need to use adb and see in my desktop what's happening on my android smartphone's screen at the same time.
Is there any cable for that? Any idea?
Because the solution I have has a refresh rate so slow that it only shows "snapshots" from second to second.
