How to direct apps download and installation to MicroSD Card on Android 4.3. Where is the configuration setting for this feature.
I have a 32GB MicroSD installed in my device. But apps downloads are taking the space on the internal storage which is insufficient. Device puts out a message running out of space, although 28GB is available on MicroSD.
How to configure to direct apps download and installation onto Micro SD Card.

It's not possible to direct installations to the Micro SD card. They have to be installed to internal storage first, then moved to external storage manually (if it's even possible, as that isn't the case with all apps).

To piggyback on this, apps that give you the option to move to the SD card will still leave some data on the internal storage and will move completely back to internal whenever they update. There's also a number of performance and stability issues when apps are moved to the SD card. Your SD card is best suited for independent files like photos, music, and documents.
