How to disable Digital Wellbeing on Redmi Note 9?

1 I disabled daily device usage within the app

2 I went to Settings>Apps>Special App Access>Usage Access, and turned off Digital Wellbeing's usage access.

Then, I opened Hidden Settings for MIUI or System App Remover apps (both are basically the same) but they Disable button is greyed out.

I had a look at the settings on ny Poco, running MIUI 14.
Digital Wellbeing can be force stopped it seems from the Apps - Manage Apps list, but your screenshot looks very different. Do you allow it to update?
I'm not sure what you want to achieve.

On Edit : I may have seen where you got that screenshot. There seems to be possible other ways to restrict data on it.

It's not possible to Disable it on Pixels or my Galaxy A32 5G either. You should be able to turn off the features from within the app, if you don't want to use it at all. But it otherwise shouldn't be using any power.

Here you go on a Samsung device.

On my Xperia 10lll Digital wellbeing is the only Google app that that activates itself again and again. Apart from Gmail I deactivated all big Google apps. Maps, Chrome, assistant, dialer, contacts, Google
and so on. Every 5 or6 weeks I discover DW is using data in the background. Not much , but I always remove permissions clean everything before I deactivate an app This app is the only one that does that.

In Settings (the main settings app), look for 'Special Access' . Then 'Usage Data Access'. There set the toggle to "OFF" for Digital Wellbeing. Now when you open Digital Wellbeing you'll see that it has no access and is in a dormant but not disabled state.

If that doesn't work you can try at your own risk disabling it, it is technically a system component so disabling could be fine or could cripple some or all settings.

ADB is an option but a pain (IMO) instead;

Download Shizuku (has access comperable somewhere between an admin and root, it is NOT root). Install Hail or Icebox, find it in the respective apps list and click freeze.

Icebox will disable apps but still let's you open them. Downside the UI is just slightlyclunky firstt time using it.

Hail also disables and is very straightforward however IIRC you cannot run the app in the disabled state unless you have Icebox installed as well but it doesn't need to be configured, only present.
