How to disable home key to turn on Galaxy s6?

I would like the power key to be the only way to turn on the screen. Is there any way to make that happen? (I have a case that presses the home key when the flap gets pressed against the phone and turns on the screen. It rearranges apps and such..)

You'd probably need root access for that.

....Or cut away part of the case?
