How to disable screen overlay help please ?

It should be under Developer options.

If you don't have Developer Options enabled,

Go to Settings > System > About Device and tap the build number 7 times to enable it.

Hello Deborah, welcome to the forums. For now you don't need to change anything in the Developer Options. Have you already tried the different solutions included in the thread I linked before? Most users managed to fix the problem after uninstalling Clean Master.

Thank you. I too was having this issue and it stopped once i uninstalled cleanmaster.

Another example of not needing or wanting Cleanmaster on my device. Just seems to cause a lot of problems on Android devices, get rid of it if you have it on your phone.
