How to disable white circle while touching phone?

[Android Central Question]

I have oppo F21 , yesterday i started screen recording and close but while i am touching mr screen there is still showing white circle. I tried all setting but cant remove that, please suggest

Welcome to Android Central! I think that may just be part of the screen recording feature -- otherwise no one would be able to see what touch interaction is happening during usage. But I could be wrong -- I don't have that phone to test.

Hi, I have samsung a52s 5G (SM-A528B/DS) with android 12 oneui 4.1

I have a colored circle that appears wherever I touch the screen (any screen!)

I have enabled the developer options , and am told to look for 'input' option..

BUT I cannot see this anywhere!!!!

Where it says show taps turn off the toggle

Thanks for replies... I see 'taps' and pointer location, but they are both off.. (input is tiny print, subject heading only)

it started happening before I enabled developer options, that is rather hidden... :O

switch on 'taps' I get a white dot, as well as a blue transparent circle...

'pointer location' works as it should do...

now this nuts.... I have fiddled with the 'standard' accessibility settings... nothing..

played with 'safe mode'... no clue.. unless it took multiple restarts, and a lot of time waiting???

just about to hit the 'big factory reset button' .. in 'general management' then 'reset' menu ...

found 'reset accessibility' setting ?? ... it worked!!!!!!!!!!!

any know why this does more than any other?? if any one knows why........

Did the colored circle appear where you touched the screen, or did it show up in the same place each time?
