how to disable wifi & data connection.

I am using Panasonic p51 4.2.1 model.
I am facing a problem with the wifi, it doesn't disables.
Even when i turn it off it again switches ON.
I'm facing the same problem with the data connection.
Please try to Help me

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu>Advanced, and turn off "Keep Wi-fi Scanning On."

But I'm not having any such option in the wifi advance...
I have these options in advance wifi
1-network notification
2-keep wifi on during sleep
3-wifi optimization
4&5 are the address.

So i dont see any option which u said to turn it off.

The fact that both your wi-fi and mobile data keep turning on after you turn them off suggest a problem with the firmware. Is the system fully updated?

I feel that the system is updated..
Because earlier there wasn't any such issue...
And i want to tell u that..
I saw a notification of JRD MMItest..
It asked me whether to set it on AUTO or MANUAL..
I don't know what this was for so I just closed this notification..
And after this, i was facing those connectivity problems

What can you say about this?

JRD MMI Test is apparently a preinstalled app that tests functions on your phone. Try disabling it by going to Settings>Apps>All, finding that app, and tapping Disable.
