How to enable Desktop notifications without Wifi?

Hi

I have installed Desktop Notifications and Pushbullet. Both apps require me to enable them in the Notification Mirroring Service. To do that it always takes me wifi to switch the wifi on.
I don't have wifi, I have 3G. How do I enable the service without wifi?

I'm pretty sure the service works off your home network and needs WiFi to send the notifications from your phone to the computer. Have you created an account with Pushbullet to see if it's possible to send and receive without being connected to the home wifi? I've looked on their page and don't see a FAQ page with this type of information.

I created an account, but also didn't see anything. Is there no app that would upload my notifications to the cloud and then to my PC?
